Building from zero takes years. Where it makes sense, we’d rather take the shortcut - we’re looking to acquire existing studios with a footprint in the market.
What we’re looking for
Small to mid-size casino game studios with live titles earning revenue today. A back catalogue of certified games, existing aggregator or direct operator integrations, and a team that wants to keep building.
Distribution matters more to us than portfolio size. A studio with five games live across real operators is more interesting than one with thirty titles and no integrations.
Technically, what we’re aiming for
An HTML5 front-end stack we can fold our own titles into, and a server side we can build on: a certified RGS or a clean integration layer into aggregators (or both). Certification history with recognised labs (GLI, BMM, eCOGRA) across regulated markets shortens our path considerably - that’s the shortcut.
We care about the math and engine layer too: a proven slot engine, reusable game framework, and tooling for simulation and RTP verification. Clean code and documentation are worth real money in this deal.
